Joseph P. Larkin, III, has been a practicing member of the Florida BAR for 26 years. A graduate of the University of Florida , College of Law , he moved to Lake County , Florida in 1980 to begin practicing law and has resided there for 25 of the last 26 years. As a member of the BAR’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section his private practice centered on real estate and business law and their varied interactions. His experience in those areas has ranged from small residential transactions to commercial developments.

In his support of education and training, he served as an Adjunct Professor at Lake Sumter Community College in Leesburg , Florida from 1987 through 1996. His courses involved a concentration on Business Law but also has included other paralegal studies.

In 1990, he departed from the general practice of law open to the public and has since applied his expertise to the real estate and title insurance industries. A Continuing member of the Florida Bar, he remains motivated to bring the precision of law to the agency operations of Grace Title, Inc.
